On-Site Services     M R Engineering On Site Services are dedicated to the anticipation, identification, analysis and assistance of rotating plant equipment.  The vibration of rotating plant equipment is widely recognised as the most common cause of failure.  Offering both in-house and on site balancing services; our in-house facility is one of the largest within the North West region, carrying 7000kgs.  Condition Monitoring, Laser Alignment and Thermographic Imaging, all benefit our customer objectives.  Preventative Maintenance ensures peace of mind, energy efficiency and reduced maintenance costs to industry.

	The smoother running of equipment once the careful balancing procedure has taken place will improve efficiency, reduce noise, reduce vibration and improve safety.
	Thermographic Surveys are undertaken to detect faults via infra-red technology. Thermography is beneficial, both in energy saving and maintenance costs.  Friction and stress can be identified instantly along with the energy loss of buildings.

	Condition Monitoring offers a tool to observe wear trends and alterations in vibration levels, backed up with analysis and reports.  This proactive approach to the analysis of rotating plant equipment allows our customer to schedule for controlled maintenance.
	Our state of the art laser alignment technology offers the most effective and efficient alignment of rotating plant.  Reduced loading increases electrical efficiency, whilst preventing the scenario of catastrophic bearing failure.  Longer production runs and lower maintenance costs offer our customer peace of mind.
