Motor Repair     M R Engineering's Motor Repair department offers excellence, experience and expertise within the field of AC/DC Motor Repairs.  The repair, rewind and overhaul functions are further supported by our machine shop facilities, mechanical services and in house balancing facilities.  All of this, backed up with our quality assurance and best practice methods, guarantees engineering excellence and total control of electric motor repairs.

	A 45KW Armature.  Complete rewind, repair & test commutator - armature dynamically balanced.
	3 Speed Winch Motor. The image shows the 3 speed motor being rewound.

	Bearing failure on 3.3 KVA stator - checking stator laminations for damage.
	Re-insulated coils, ready for rewinding of 250 HP DC Armature.

Exciter Motor from Main Engine of a Ship.  Stripped and dismantled, re-insulated and rewound to Lloyds specification.
