Machine Shop     The M R Engineering Machine Shop facility offers a fully equipped machine tools function, operated by specialised precision engineers.  Turning, boring, milling and grinding are offered, along with shaft recovery/refurbishment, metal coating and fabrications.  Our 24 hour service ensures all machining needs are met efficiently with absolute precision.

	A Conveyor Roller, having its bearing housings reclaimed, by boring and bushing the bearing housing, to suit new bearing diameters.
	A Shaft Support, being manufactured into a spider housing for a long reach pump.

	Milling Machine - here we see the use of a dividing head cutting a hexagon.
	Webster Bennett Vertical Borer. Facing off and boring out a crane wheel tyre.

Metal Spray Application to bring the journal back to its original dimension. Metal spraying offers a quick cost effective way of reclaiming rotating equipment, seal journals and shafts.
