Our Fabrication Department can under-take projects and works in various capacity, size and material; from carbon steel, aluminium and stainless steel in all finishes including DP1 and superbright (mirror finish). We also offer finishes for our fabrication works in wet and powder coat finish, by working closely with various local coating companies, thus meeting with required deadlines and requirements.

Our Fabrication Department currently supplies, installs and Maintains sheetmetal and general fabrication projects in various materials and grades for various sectors including: Utility Providers, Petrochemical,  Automotive, Marine, Construction and Food Processing (FMCG).

 

The Fabrication Department capabilities include:

 

          3000mm HACO press brake (100 ton) 6mm thickness to 90° at 3m 

            3000mm Pearson guillotine (cutting capacity 13mm thickness)

            Kingsland compact 40 steelworker (40 tonne capacity)

 

                 *  Punching capacity 

                 *  Shearing capacity          = 200mm flat bar @ 13mm thick 

     *  Max length capacity= 350mm flat bar @ 8mm thick 

                 *  Angle cutting                  = 80mm x 80mm x 8mm thick (Inc 45° mitre)
